By accessing or using the ExtractIQ website and the "Extraction Tool" (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ExtractIQ provides a platform to upload PDFs, images, and documents for text extraction, table extraction, and AI-based structured data mapping. Results can be downloaded in CSV, Excel (XLSX), JSON, and TXT formats.

3. User Responsibilities

You must not upload malicious files containing viruses, worms, or harmful code.
You are responsible for the content you upload and must have the legal right to process it.
You must not use the Service to extract data from documents you do not own or have permission to process.
You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt the platform.

4. Intellectual Property

The software, design, and source code of ExtractIQ are proprietary. However, you retain all rights to the data extracted from your files. We do not claim ownership over your uploaded documents or extracted results.

5. Subscription and Payment

We offer a free tier (3 lifetime PDFs) and paid monthly/yearly plans for unlimited usage. Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

ExtractIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We strive for 99.8% accuracy, but we are not liable for any loss of data, business, or profits resulting from using the Service. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service (if any).

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these Terms or exceed usage limits without notice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
